Relaxing, easy mostly pretty good

Taxi stand out front, great sunsets, helpful staff

Despite knowing my partner was ill in bed they decided to undertake construction works at our doorstep, with excessive noise a dust into the room. I'm positive they could've postponed this. Actually, there was a lot of construction works there and surrounding buildings, but it was on the edge of low season.

nothing was good.

nothing was good. the 4 seasons name, and 4000peso price per night fooled me into thinking id get a nice place. i was wrong.

everything was bad. top of the list was the shower room. the shower was just a drip. the sink water didnt go down and overflowed onto the floor. the room was dirty, the decoration was a laugh, electricity cables running across the ceiling and walls. the aircon was noisy and hard to control. the pool was a joke. its like they gave up on the place. I

Located along the beach, the ocean view was great.

Located along the beach, the ocean view was great. The pool was well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Several bars and restaurants are nearby.

Hotel is rather old and run down. It was difficult to find - especially with a late night arrival. The rooms were rather small and the TV and wifi reception was poor. The restaurant is being renovated and only serves breakfast.

Staff are very nice n accommodating

We were disappointed coz When we booked on line foods for dinner is available but actually no food available during dinner in d hotel, d staff have to order from outside which is quite expensive n not so good .

Location - not easily accessable No Wifi in rooms and very poor signal beside the pool ( the only location they offer wifi) Bathroom situation is terrible, water pressure is very low and cleanness is not good Bed is uncomfortable Breakfast is not good

This place is full of lies and not worth over $100 per night as charged

Leaving after the first night when I found better accomodation without lies printed in your Booking.com advertisement

This place advertised Wifi, there was no wifi This place advertised tv, the tv did not work The toilet broke during the night and the electrical sockets where faulty with the main light in the room flickering through the night There was a picture of a jacuzzi by the pool but this was altered and unusable There was construction taking place The restaurant is only for breakfast and does not serve what it says I asked for a refund and was denied I paid a lot of money for 3 nights $371 Australian. I would not pay $1 to stay here I am asking for a full refund from Booking.com as I arrived tired and late at this property and fled the next morning. I told the girl at the desk why I was leaving and reporting my stay to Booking.com

The Sea view room booked was not availabe! We were given a cramped room for 4 at the rear of trhe property! Complaining got us a better room with sea view. Whole place was in need of renovation.

The staff is really nice and helpful.

The pictures show a swimming pool, which is not usable, and we also had problems with water, the first day there was no water to take a shower.

Better off to stay somewhere else. Not worth the money.

Paid 12,000pesos for two nights. No wifi, tv didn’t work, no pool, toilet wasn’t working and there was no water. Better off going somewhere else. Asked for a refund but they didn’t give it to us, only changed us to a different room which was smaller than what we had before.

Just only good view, nothing else!!!

very poor facility, very poor communication between staff, no pool as apparently under construction, no wifi, no television. Old furnitures, toilet not flushing.

Direkt am Strand mit kleinem Pool. Ape Tours (Google) in der Nähe über den Strand in 10 Minuten zu erreichen bietet eine Kombination aus verschiedenen Touren an. Fotoshootings und Drohnen Bilder gibts kostenlos dazu. Absolute Empfehlung, weit besser als die üblichen A,B,C oder D Touren die überall Angeboten werden.

„Günstige, einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft.

Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner Blick auf das Meer, die Bucht und die vorgelagerten Inseln.

Die Ausahl auf der Speisekarte war nicht sehr umfangreich und könnte verbessert werden. Kaum Strand am Resort. Für die Stadt El Nido muß man eine Umweltgebühr bezahlen. Dafür sieht es in der Stadt aber nicht besonders sauber und attraktiv für Touristen aus. Besonders die Strandpromenade sollte sauberer) gehalten werden.

„El nido ist grundsätzlich nicht schön... viel zu teuer und dreckig... die touren sind aber klasse!

Das einzige was positiv bewertet werden kann ist der Ausblick...

El hotel no esta nada mal, pero el personal deja mucho que...

El hotel no esta nada mal, pero el personal deja mucho que desear, no habia limpieza la piscina sucia y con un cartel de no bañarse toda la semana, mientras los operarios se dedicaban ajugar abaloncesto o a estar tumbados en recepcion el restaurante lo abrian cuando les daba la gana. lo unico bueno era la ubicacion, un sitio muy tranquilo y un atardecer espectacular

« Bel emplacement pour un séjour à El Nido »

La localisation, magnifique vue de la chambre sur la baie de Bacuit avec un coucher de soleil magnifique! Très calme, on y dort bien. C'est un bon endroit pour loger, loin du bruit d'El Nido et avec une vue incroyable. 10 min à peine en tricycle du centre d'El Nido. Chambre confortable, pas très haut de gamme mais correspondait à nos attentes. Personnel très sympathique et serviable!

Le petit déjeuner, pas terrible. L'équipement de la chambre est sommaire. Pas la possibilité de nager sur cette plage (aller à las Cabanas si besoin)
